   For years now, I've had a habit of sitting awfully on my computer chairs; I typically sit leaning to the side, with one leg under me, to avoid putting pressure on my tailbone. Of course, after years of this, my back is in awful shape! I decided to go with this cushion after a lot of deliberating over brands, since it was on the cheaper end and also from a seemingly reputable company, in hopes that it would make sitting 'normally' more comfortable. And what can I say! It's exactly what I was hoping for.

   this is the second coccyx cushion I have ever owned ,that last one being soft foam in a flat square shape which cost 30 pounds and was not value for money in my opinion. I had bought that one from a local pharmacy and when our puppy ripped it apart I was glad of the excuse to buy a new one. I had a look on amazon and noticed your memory foam, ergonomic and for a very good price, cheap but not so cheap as to be concerned about flimsiness or poor quality craftsmanship. It arrived promptly, I believe within a couple of days, and I was impressed when I opened it , smooth black velvet upper , and dense memory foam in an ergonomic shape, perfect for my shape.ive used it every day since,whenever I sit. I take it on car journeys and to doctor and hospital appointments. It folds for easy packing into a carrier bag. Very handy.its helping my coccyx pain a lot

   This is the second cushion I have bought to help me sit on hard chairs while having a bulging disc in the base of my spine. This particular cushion is well worth the money. It is a deep cushion with a zip cover and is helping me to sit comfortably at work each day. The depth of the cushion is good and seems to spring back when it is left over night, my other cushion has become quite flat so I will purchasing another of these cushions in the near future. It is well worth buying if you have any issues with posture while sitting, or a chronic back problem.

I can't speak to how it helps with back pain. For me, it was my tail bone that was hurting or uncomfortable. With this pillow, no more discomfort. I tried it on my office chair, but it isn't quite right for me on that - it just didn't sit on the office chair right or something. I haven't tried it in a car, but it seems like it would help there on long trips.

   I purchased this cushion only a few days ago for a very uncomfortable office chair at work, and I have to say it is already making a huge difference. It is an excellent product for the price, with several other similar highly-reviewed products I have researched sometimes costing twice as much as this. This cushion has good support, and helps tremendously with relieving pressure in the lower spine, especially when having to sit hours at a time. It appears to be well-made, and I like that the cover is removable to allow for washing.

   I love this seat cushion so much. I used to get the "Seat Solution" but stopped ordering those because the manufacturing process changed and the foam became super cheap and deflated quickly. I switched to the Aylio seat cushion and am absolutely thrilled. I have two cushions -- one for work (fits perfectly into my office chair) and one for home. I'll probably get a travel one, too. The foam is very high quality and I like the soft feel of the cover.

   This has really helped with my tailbone pain! I am 30 weeks pregnant and I have a bad back. My tailbone pain was so bad that for weeks I was laying in bed each night miserable and in so much pain! I finally ordered this pillow in the middle of the night out of desperation! I have seen a significant difference since using it! I couldn't sit at the computer or in the car for very long at all. I totally can now and I take it everywhere that I can. I have also started doing stretches that I think have eased the pain as well, but I took at 10 hour road trip with this pillow and was comfortable, so I am sure the pillow has alot to do with the ease of discomfort! Worth the money!

This cushion has buffered my back in my kitchen bar stool and has significantly improved my time at my computer at the island. I tried it in my car because my back hurts after at least a 30 minute drive, but my car seat doesn't have the ability to be lowered in terms of height. If you have back problems, I highly recommend this cushion to supplement wherever you sit to help keep pressure off your spine.

When my grandparents got this pillow they loved it. My grandfather saw instant relief and he was able to sit with no pain. The bedsore has actually began to heal with all of the pressure off of his spine. I waited a little longer to write this review to see how the pillow would hold up and it is great. My grandfather sits on it all day and has not once said anything about it compressing and not returning to form or anything. It may be a little pricey but if you have an older loved one in your life this pillow is worth it to see the relief on their face.

   This comfort fit foam pad allowed my mother to be able to sit in a chair. No other chair pad worked for her. She had severe spinal stenosis and deteriorating discs due to long term prednisone use. The pad is well made and has an opening at the back allowing space to keep compression off the spine. It also keeps its shape allowing for long term use. The cover is soft, durable, and washable. I especially like that the actual sitting surface of the pad has a liquid impermeable coating. This pad is a great buy and very affordable.
