After ruling out that the cramps are not a vitamin deficiency, I got these for him for Christmas. They are similar to the ones I put on my patients in the hospital. He loves them. I’ve even used them too after a long shift on my feet at work, and they’re amazing. Only complaint is that you can’t use them lying down, you have to use them sitting up because the thigh cuff’s tube (for the airflow) that is connected to the calf sleeve, is short. So you have to use these in a sitting position. I guess you could use them lying down, but your legs will have to be bent, therefore your muscles flexed, and that is counterproductive to what this device is trying to do for your body.
