It came already fully charged, and the battery lasted me 3 nights on the low fan setting. Charging it took about 12 hours, but you can still use it while it's charging. I just use my phone charger to charge it (type C). Overall, it works great and I am satisfied.

The three toned light is an added bonus. Keep in mind that that will affect the fan battery duration. With the fan on high, one charge lasted 5 hours. On low to medium the battery lasted two 6 hour settings. It does require a lot of energy to charge completely or a very long time on a lighter power source. I used a large power bank box to charge this and it took about 6 hours to charge from dead to full charge. This fan has a sturdy base and a hook that fit many scenarios. I would highly recommend this product.
