It took me a bit to figure this stuff out. I can't get the fiberglass to stick to the builder gel initially. So I used a small amount of super glue to attach the sheet to my nail. From there I was able to build up the gel in layers. You do need a UV lamp to cure the gel. This is pretty easy for me. I've tried acrylic and poly before this. It's been less work to get it how I like it. Pic shows my result before nail polish.

I love that the nails come out thin and natural looking with these but obviously that also depends on what products you use to build the nail. I’ve been using Mia secret builder gel and love it so far. The only thing is I don’t know how durable this is. I’ve tried many other nail options but they don’t last on me.
