The leather repair cream will give a neat and clean look to your old leather products making it look brand new and formsa protective coating to prevent aging of the leather. It will not be washed off with water once the cream settles in and make the goods stronger and more durable.

I did find that finishing with a leather conditioner helped soften the leather nicely after using the balm. I did reach out to Fortivo's customer service for guidance. They were prompt and very helpful. Probably one of the best customer services experiences I've had in a long time.
