It's very realistic, works well and very sturdy. The food that comes with it velcroes together and you can use the knife to cut it. Very cute toy and my son loved it. That oven is a bit more realistic and the start/stop button must be pushed to open its door. This microwave is perfect for her little hands. It works and lights up as it should and the door can easily be opened at any time by pulling on the handle, so she doesn't need any help to play with it. She LOVES it! The other toys that come with it are very nice and my 4 year old grandsons especially like the hamburger that stays together when assembled because of the Velcro.
