Am a senior and have been told by family members I was starting to hunch over and shoulder pointed forward. Last thing I wanted to be was the little old man hunched over the rest of my life.    I originally bought the wrong size and I reached out to the sellers and they were extremely helpful with assisting on getting the right size.This is definitely a great Posture corrector. Do not expect it to be an overnight magic pill. Start off with small adjustments for short periods of time. Then gradually adjust and keep it on longer. I started off with 15 minutes and slowly increased. Same with the shoulders— started off little back and increased the correction slowly.

   This is without a doubt, the most comfortable back/posture brace I have ever tried, my only complaint is that it doesn't look exactly like the picture, because of the difference in design, the little metal rods that support the back, make a weird hunch look when worn under a shirt, whereas if it looked like the pictures it would not. A small issue but one that bothers me as I can't wear it under dress clothes because of this hump that is caused. Still fantastic for what it does and very comfortable.

   I am an old guy and have noticed that I "slump" when I walk. I have also had back/spinal pain when I get up in the morning, even though I have a new bed. I saw this and read the reviews and thought I would give it a try. It was delivered and I opened the package and read the instructions. The instructions have pictures but even with them it is not clear how to wear/fit the brace. I finally figured it out and put it on. I wore it for most of the day and in the evening I took it off to go to bed. Woke up the next morning and my back felt great. I wore it again during the day and again by bedtime my back felt good. I have only one comfort complaint and that is the shoulder straps work their way off your shoulder and dig into the flesh. Pulling them back into place solves that. Yes I would buy it again and I would recommend it to my friends and family.
