   I have a large screened in porch and every year I have to get bucket and car mitt to soap up and rinse the screens by hand. This product allowed me to hold in one hand the soaper spray and the hose rinse. It was a wonderful surprise to see how clean the screens got, so I used it on the deck flooring, the sisal rug and the glass railing around the deck. Works as shown on TV - no streaks and did all this with 4oz packet of soap. One note; Takes a few minutes to adjust to the amount of soap - as it takes longer to rinse them.

   Was very pleased with the Full Exterior kit. It took all 3 packets to clean my house and back deck but expected that. Not as happy with the Window Crystal cleaner, however, as it did leave spots when it dried. Back is two story height so can't fix it by hand. Will try to spray a vinegar and water mix to see if that might help the spots. Will definitely use the house wash again, but probably not the window mix.

   pretty good product, cleans pretty much like what you see on the TV ads. Our windows had not been cleaned for several years and were really dirty and streaked. When used as directed- IMPORTANT- dont rinse too much !! - the windows were left clean and streak free with only slight residual "stuff" from the 3 or 4 years of not being cleaned. If I have any complaint it is the mix bottle and the packages of cleaner are a bit small for the average household windows. OK but would be better if they were at least 50% bigger.

   I have read all the bad reviews on this product but went ahead and ordered it anyways. All I wanted was to spray the outdoor screens/windows on my sunroom. I realized I have only used it one time but it did do the job I can clearly see through the blinds to the outside. I do not regret purchasing it and it did not fall apart. Possibly some crystals left for the other windows.

It's very dusty in Phoenix. My 34 year old house was beginning to look drab. I repainted about 20 years ago.    It's a simple concept to clean windows but cleaning windows is not anyone's favorite chore, especially on the outside. The windows look great and there is a sheeting action that you can visibly see. The only gripe I had is that on the clean water spray, it looks just like the soap spray, however, the soap spray is much more frothy so you don't really know you are rinsing. A simple fix is to let it sit after the rinse, unhook the hose and rinse again with actual clean water. I give it 5 stars due to it's simple, inexpensive, and actually works. If only most items can say the same.

It does not help with the green mold staining on the siding, but all dirt and grime is gone! I WILL use this again!
