I am 33 years old and have a hunchback and a lovely hump on the back of my neck. I have tried exercises to help get rid of this problem. But, to be honest, I just forgot to do them consistently. So I never really saw any results. I've always wanted to try a posture corrector like this. But, like I said, I was skeptical. So I really don't want to "waste" money if it doesn't work in the end. I actually got tighter over time wearing them, improving my posture even without the upper brace.
