   I love this fitness tracker. I was NOT willing to shell out a ton of money for a FitBit, and was drawn in by other positive reviews of this alternative. I am mainly focused on steps and heart rate, both of which it measures well. The app (VeryFitPro) is easy to use and sync to on my iPhone and that delivers straight to my Apple Health app so I can get credit through my employer's insurance incentive programs.

   I love that this product is light in weight. It looks great on wrist. It provides great sleep monitoring through the APP. It is an all around great device. The cons: the screen is very dim during the day and I haven't found a way to make it brighter to be able to see the screen while walking or other activity so that's a bit frustrating. It is visible indoors but not in bright sunlight. The blood pressure feature seems unreal as it always shows very low blood pressure. When I compare the reading to my REAL blood pressure cuff, the reading is way off from my real blood pressure; in any case, it's still a great device! It holds a charge for a few days so that's a plus and it charges on any USB port. It really is a great buy and works great except that I don't logically see how it can detect accurate blood pressure.

   I like this watch a lot it does track steps and and sleep though i find that the sleep timer is a little off. the blood pressure is a little off as i bought this to monitor that especially as my doctor found that mine was running a little high, it reads low but the machine runs it at a little higher i have learned to average and compensate to let me know what is about accurate through out the day.

   I have to tell everyone that this fitness tracker is my favorite Christmas present. I have to admit that I wasn't electronically savvy enough to sync it to my cell phone. However, my daughter (an IT person) was here for Christmas so she took care of that. Even before it was synced to the cell phone, it began keeping track of my activities. On the cell phone you can track your activities, sleep and heart rate on graphs for the day, week and year. It measures your blood pressure, but I don't think the measurement is accurate. It can be set up to follow running and biking, and to remind you that you need to get up and move. It's easy to charge by pulling the wrist band off one end and plugging it into a USB charger. Don't know how well the pulling off the wrist band will hold up over time, but right now it's fine. I think it encourages to go a few more steps or a little more activity to get the numbers up. Best of all, it is low priced compared to other devices.

She is more aware of her heart rate and honestly, as this takes her blood pressure and the Apple Watch doesn’t, I decided to keep her with this watch. At this point if I gave her a watch and it didn’t check her blood pressure she would never wear it. Great device!

   I had a very fancy expensive ring-type fitness tracker that I had to return 4x until it finally ran out of warranty after 2 years so I just wanted something simple that worked and didn't cost a bunch. Once I received it, my daughter saw it and quickly set it up for me as she had received a similar (older) version a few years back for her 10th birthday so I had basically no learning curve! It's durable, water resistant, the charge lasts for days and it does what it says it does for a really terrific price. Not alot of bells and whistles but I didn't want that so if you are expecting something with a super robust app, this isn't for you. But if you want something that's easy, durable and works as expected, than you made the right choice!

   I bought this smart watch to monitor heart rate blood pressure and sleep. They have been doing a marvelous job. The heart rate monitor works very well right away, the sleep monitor got working very quickly. the heart monitor needs about four or five days of calibrating and it really zooms in well. The watch is light and comfortable. Characters on the face are easy to read. Moving to a test can be a little difficult sometimesbecause of the timing required to move to different screens.
