   Overall I like the product. It definitely gets your muscles working. I newly discovered that you could alleviate pain and stimulate muscle this way so I got a couple different items to check out. I wouldn't say that this will give you a six pack unless you are wearing it all day every day, which I do not recommend. Lol but I think it's a great support for regular exercise and ab workouts. I do wish that they made this in a smaller size as I am attaching it to the very last bit of Velcro to make it fit. I also noticed in the beginning of my usage that it would leave black ink on my skin , so I'm not sure if that wears off overtime, but I tried to wash it down with soapy water, which seem to help.

I choose this over my tens unit to wear to work because the tens unit is bulky and has wires everywhere. I like this a lot. You can't even tell I'm wearing it under clothes!

Once I turn it on I immediately felt my muscles contract. Since receiving the product I have been using it not just for my abs but also my back when I have a backache. The setting I use for my back is V and it helps with my lower backache. I use it a few times a week for my abs and I notice my muscles are more defined.
