   Awesome product. I grind my own whole coffee beans using a blender which gets it just right for cold brewing. I fill up the filter so that the grounds are half an inch below the white part of the filter (when looking from outside). I find it's better to slowly pour the water directly into the filter rather than the basin. If you fill the basin first and then dunk the filter in, the grounds will float up. By pouring directly into the filter the grounds get pre-soaked and will stay under the water surface (it also makes measuring the amount of water automatic). My friends and coworkers have been raving about my cold brewing skills...but it's really SUPER EASY! Wish I've done this earlier.

   This cold brew coffee maker works great! It is very easy to use and the coffee tastes very good. It comes apart for easy cleaning and has a very fine mesh strainer to keep the coffee grounds out of your coffee. I purchased the 2 quart size so I can make enough for several days. I only wish the dimensions were a slight bit wider and a slight bit shorter to fit in the refrigerator better - only about a 1/4" shorter would allow it to clear the shelf in my refrigerator.

   Perfect. I don’t know how I’ve lived without this for so long. No more buying overpriced iced coffee that doesn’t even taste that great. This is so easy to use and just as easy to clean. It is plastic but it looks like glass. And honestly I’m glad it’s plastic so I don’t have to worry about breaking it. I almost bought the larger size due to my intake of coffee (and I still might) but so far this one is fairing well. One brew will last me a couple of days when I’m working. I pour I into a hydroflask with my favorite creamer and it stays cold for the midday pick me up. I suppose you could put it in the dishwasher but I hand wash it. I highly recommend this product all around. You need this in your life.

   Great cold brewed coffee pitcher. I use 12 (measured) tablespoons and my coffee comes out perfect. I’ll cold brew anywhere from 24 to 72 hours depending on whether I really want strong coffee (I use BRCC dark roast coffee - Murdered Out, Blackbeard’s Delight, and Freedom Fuel but between the three prefer Freedom Fuel). Keep in mind cold brewed coffee is concentrated so you’ll need to cut/dilute with either more water or milk.

   Bought this for my dad as part of his father's day gift. Everytime I go to my parental units house he offers me a cup of cold brew and talks about how good the coffee is. As he pours half a glass, only half, into his double walled glass with his crushed ice, he tells me how you have to add half water because it's so concentrated. He then tells me how it's so delicious he doesn't need any sweet'n'low to flavor the coffee. Oh boy, parents, amrite?

   We love this cold brew maker! We use this thing 1-2 times per week and it’s super easy to use, fairly easy to assemble and clean, and makes great cold brew. Tip: DO NOT FORGET this makes CONCENTRATE! Hubby and I were both climbing the walls the first week before we remembered we needed to dilute it. I now make it with 24 heaping tbl of grounds (we have the large size) and top off a 1 gal jug with water after filling, seems to be a good level of dilution for us. The pieces of the top can be hard to thread but the whole thing comes apart and runs through the dishwasher nicely (I hand wash the filter basket though)

   I love this coffee maker - you can make either hot or cold coffee. It requires no electricity as it "steeps" self contained in the coffee pitcher. I love iced coffee but do not like all the hassle of a traditional plug-in-socket coffee maker and this product is so quick and convenient - very little forethought required apart from preparing 12 hours before desired drink. The coffee grounds literally sit inside the "pitcher filter" like a tea bag but for coffee grounds. The iced coffee can stay in the refrigerator for as long as two weeks before turning rancid and bitter tasting - hallmarks of coffee that goes bad.

Which I admit- I didn’t at first either but was able to remedy the issues I had. Overall if you love cold brew and are looking for a good zero-waste device that you can use over & over this is it!
