She can drink water, eat, and even sometimes falls asleep with it on and she seems pretty comfortable with it. My only suggestion is to keep an eye on your pet while wearing it because it's easy for the ring to get stuck under tables or chairs.

Size was an issue, I have the medium, the front strap doesn't adjust small enough, but it works. I glue the other strap after fitting it to her, as its way to long. Teied the smaller size ut that is way to small.
