Those suction cups are alright, not sure if it's because our bath tubs are now made out of fiberglass/plastic and no longer of cast iron...mine has a little gridlike so you don't slip and break your neck, and so they tend to come off, but regardless this is good therapy.

The cushion is thick and very soft, especially the pillow you rest your head upon. For quick, easy drying, just hang anywhere in the shower using the attached hook at the top. Great product.
