   I am super glad to have bought this. It really helped with my neck and head pain from my neck injuries.... I have spent hundreds if not thousands at massage places trying to get out the pain in my neck and the radiating pain that goes throughout my head... Massages loosen the muscles up vut I have never been able to properly target the upper neck and head very good. If you have tension headaches from a neck injury-- reccomend. This hits the muscles very fast and woth enough lressure to actually loosen them up vs hoping that a massage therapist will poperly target them. Also good as an after effect for leg/hip lower back muscles. I have access to massage therapists and all kinds of massage machines. The quick action is getting rid of some of the tension i could not target before

   I have back issues, and my massage therapist uses one of these on my back to loosen things up and increase blood flow before she starts my massage. It has made such a difference in my massages that I decided to get one for my home. I use this quite often (sadly, because of my back issues) and it does help me a great deal. I like the long handle and find this to be very easy to use myself without further aggravating my back. I haven't used the heat function, and probably won't as this is not why I purchased this product. I also swapped out the massaging heads with the firm ones. They feel better for me and glide very smoothly over my skin. I also use it on my legs when my quads are burning from a full day of skiing. I would highly recommend this product to anyone for quick relief of muscle aches.
