   It's a pillow. The kneading massagers are spaced far enough apart that you don't have to massage your spine, it hugs your spine perfectly and the heat is great. Every minute, the massager rotates in the opposite direction. Don't go crazy and use it on the same spot for more than one cycle. It was a very powerful massage. I only had to use it on that spot once a week and I was ready. It used to keep bugging me no matter what.

It needs to work in the deep tissues and it's right next to my spine. It was horrible and bothered me for years. I thought maybe the pillow-style massager could work, I can get it in the right place. This one had pretty good reviews and they were VERY RIGHT.
