My son has very small ear canals and as such doesn’t take a lot for him to get blocked with wax and cause ear ache. I’m always worried about putting things into his ears but this was easy to use. The tip is a soft silicone and the bottom button on device is for a light, the top button is to suction (which also activated the light) and only stays on if continually pressed. Follow instructions to not go too deep but would recommend for young and older children. Tip is easy to remove and clean and like that it comes with spare batteries and tip.
