This compact sound bar boasts very good sound quality. The sound is very detailed, particularly when reproducing voices, but it does a fine job with music as well. The speaker will certainly get loud enough, belying its compact dimensions. I initially used the speaker as a sound bar for my television set, where it worked well enough. The 3D sound effect gave the audio some spacial depth. The included remote was handy to change sound profiles, adjust volume and bass. Visually, the speaker’s small size and dark color scheme doesn’t call attention to itself. The artwork on the top of the speaker is subtle - it looks good. There is a row of status lights, which are not objectionably bright. The speaker will automatically power off after several minutes of no activity.

I used to play a lot of FF14 a few years ago and loved it so I knew I had grab this! There are lots of different sound modes to choose from depending on what type of game you’re playing such as an rpg mode, FPS mode, and more! I felt like there was more of a surround sound experience with rpg mode and I used it whenever I played black desert or Skyrim se. The FPS mode worked great for all shooters I threw at it! It tunes down the audio so it sounds good and punchy but you can still hear footsteps perfectly so you know exactly where tee miss are coming from! I also listened to music and movies on the sound slayer and they both sounded amazing! I can highly recommend this speaker, especially this limited edition if you’re a ff14 fan or just want some speakers that won’t fail you and sound excellent no matter what you throw at it!
