Fits great and has enough adjustability to accommodate any future changes. Front plate fits a bit more snug than the back but the internal hook and loop straps keep them both in place without any worry. Plates stay centered and secured. 6x8 (WxH) sides fit but just barely. All of the stitching seems strong. Shoulder strap pads are nice and provide an anti-slip side to help prevent the vest from sliding forward or back. For size reference, I'm 5'11 and 160 pounds; 32 inch waist, and wear a large shirt; it could accommodate a larger person, with necessary adjustments. I wouldn't recommend it for a much smaller person. Overall I think it's worth the purchase, definitely better than what came with the plates I purchased.
