By far one of the best knives I have owned. It slices into meats and veggies like butter. The design also looks amazing compared to the other dull knives out there. I am really satisfied by the product and will purchase from the seller again.

I saw this knife reviewed on the YouTube channel Outdoor Chef’s Life. I have been wanting a decent knife in the kitchen for a while. While I’m sure there is better out there this knife is beautiful and quite useful. I did think it was single bevel at first but that was my mistake and it’s still one of my go to knives in my kitchen.

I have some fairly expensive chef knives at home. People claiming that this knife came as a doll I have a really hard time believing that. This is the sharpest knife that I have ever purchased and it’s significantly cheaper than the ones I already have at home. I seen a review of this knife on YouTube the only thing that I will have to say that’s somewhat a dislike is it’s kind of heavy and the balance isn’t spot on. It’s a little front heavy.

This knife is as sharp as expected. Sliced through my finger like a hot knife through butter. Clean cut, didn’t hurt because it got the nerves. 5 stitches later and slight blood loss and Im all good. Cutting with it is a joy, it’s cleaning it when you need to be carful. Japanese sneak attack while drying the blade. The knifes got a taste for blood now but would still highly recommend. $45 blade with $200 medical bill, add it up it’s cost as much as a high end chef knife. 5 star cutter

This knife handles like a dream. It has all the beauty and shapes of a traditional japanese knife with the weight and heft of a german made blade. Fileting fish has never been easier. There is just the right amount of weight in the handle to feel like you're actually holding something of value. The blade is insanely sharp and will continue to stay that way if you own a stone and know how to sharpen. 10/10 stars and will buy again either for a friend or for myself.

Right out of the box this knife is extremely sharp, well crafted, and beautiful. Will update my review down the line if anything should happen, but I think this knife will be a trusty tool for years to come. If you take good care of this knife, there should be no issues with this blade and last you forever.

I bought this knife and another more expensive Damascus knife on the same day. When I got them, I really fall in love with this particular Knife. The Damascus knife was a little heavier, however, the Famcute was easier to use and sharper. It also stayed sharp after many uses. This is an excellent knife. So far, I keep both knives but I am using Famcute as my primary chef Knofe.

First off. I had nevere heard of "Famcute". I was watching a Youtube video review of 4, eight inch chefs knifes. The knife that finished in 2nd place was a Famcute. I was checking out the Famcute line on amazon and noticed their Santoku. The handle is perfect and the blade is just right. So glad I discovered these knives...

This knife gives the general impression of a hand-forged Japanese knife, although the “kurouchi” finish seems more printed than forged. Still looks wicked cool, though. I’ve had it for about a month and I seem to be gravitating toward it most of the time. It’s crazy sharp, cuts like a laser, and hasn’t dulled perceptibly since I got it. The wa handle feels a little slick for me, but I suspect it will dull a bit with time (or I might even try sanding it slightly). The point has a lot of dexterity, the blade geometry allows for the guillotine chop I like, and the blade projects confidence and solidity. This is a fun, charismatic and attractive knife, would make a great gift.

Gift for my wife's birthday. She loves it. Best knife she ever had! Named it Murasame. Tale goes, when Masamune is put into a flowing river, the leaves go around it. When Murasame is placed in the river, leaves are drawn to it and cut in two. Slicing up beef for carne asada, the knife felt like it was drawing us to cut the meat, instead of us cutting.
