Her pediatrician recommended rolled up burp towels, which worked okay but not well enough. We ordered this and her neck straightened back out after about a week. She loves it and is comfortable in it. Plus she looks extremely spoiled, and what’s cuter than that?

   I love this baby pillow (I bought the neck pillow with the batman like figurines), it helped keep my infant's head from falling into a weird angle. While it does seem kind of flimsy the fact it's not overly cushiony (for the lack of a better word) helped not push baby's neck too far out from the back of the carseat.
   
   it did it's job and I love it so much I lost the original one I bought so I'm now buying a second one to replace it. Worth the buy.
