I bought this in hopes of helping me snore less and sleep better. Well I sleep better at least! As far as snoring, the wife says she doesn't notice it as much. The problem is that you can start out on your side but you gradually move around at night and end up on your back. This pillow helps decrease that but I often wake up either lying on my back on top of the pillow or on the bed with the pillow pushed out of the way. I found that over 2 weeks I seem to sleep better although not every night. It is a very comfortable "cheap" pillow and such a great idea.

This pillow eliminates that 100% ! I have had 3 of these within last 6 years or so. Outer cover needs to be made of a more durable material as repeated washes tear it up It seems to be made of very thin cotton. Other than that one flaw I could not sleep without it.
