   Recently purchased this belt for my low back pain. I'm a hairstylist so I'm on my feet most of the day, this tie gives a lot of support and helps remind me of my posture. In terms of comfort, it is very comfortable to wear, however, for me personally, it can and will retain heat. I can feel the tension in my glutes as I do the donkey kicks, fire hydrants, and squats. I have 10lb dumbbells, but I feel more tension with the heavy resistance bands! I use a light resistant band for my arm and it's definitely tough but worth it! The quality of these bands is great for the price!!!! I use the medium resistance band to do somersaults. I think the label "Light, Medium and Heavy" definitely matches the tension of each resistance band. I LOVE THEM!
