You will need to seek instruction on HOW to utilize the tool elsewhere. I caution those new to using the electric file. Be sure to isolate your toe (or finger) either placing foot/hand firmly on a surface or holding toe while using the electric file. The file as with any tool, can "grab' the surface and produce a slight "kickback" effect. Happy with purchase!
