I chose this bag because I like the way it looks. It has just arrived and it is clear to me that this company cares about its product if only through the careful packaging. All zippers work and are still on track. All bags are good. Even the main grip of this backpack, which has no bottom padding, has never been an issue. Having enough to put it on concrete floors, tables and anywhere else has never been a problem. Honestly, the best backpack I've ever owned at any price point and it's an absolute bargain.
