Much more comfortable (lighter) than other devices I've used. Sometimes it feels a little flimsy when making adjustments as some of the flexible bits of plastic that hold things in place are rather small (especially the bit that adjusts the lens front-to-back), but I haven't broken it in the first hour at least. No adjustments require tools, by the way... one seemed a bit stiff and I unscrewed it a little thinking it might have been a friction clamp sort of thing, but that wasn't actually necessary. The 3xAAA batteries contribute significantly to its weight, but they're positioned fairly close to your forehead and the "white" LEDs do require the higher voltage. (Probably most people wouldn't want the added cost of a step-up buck converter and the reduced runtime from powering it from a single AAA, but it's a tempting thought.)

Everything about this is fairly simple. Very light eight. A small case for the multipower lens kit keeps the lens in their own slots to keep from scratches. Simple installation and removal of the lens into the glasses. The on/off LED light is very bright. The fit is fine, no issue with the glasses moving or falling off. You will have to determine the focal distance for the lens when you put it on my moving you head the appropriate distance from the object. . The highest power lens made me be approximately 6 to 8 inches from the viewing subject. The less powerful the lens the longer the focal length. Works perfectly for what I needed.

It fits just fine right over my glasses. The multiple lenses with different magnifications are great too. I can pick the lens that best suits my need right now. At this price point I was concerned that the optical quality would be quite poor. I was very pleasantly surprised! Now that I have this, I don't know how I ever got along without it!

(I am not trying to insult or be snarky) Yes, they made/make me laugh a lot, I really wish that whomever wrote them knew how gleefully I read every bit. Even the side of the box is good. Oh, and yes. The glasses are such a cheap and cheerful product. . I can work at night without turning on my lights in my living room, so my reptile friends can hang out instead of hiding away when the big light is on. Have not tried the headband extension that came with it, as the glasses are great so far. Very comfy and I would complain if they hurt or made a dent on my forehead. Not too heavy and the magnification lenses are easy to change. Super gift (and the directions are the cherry on top.) Plus they are so inexpensive as well.

Do to a busy work schedule it took me awhile before I could get the chance to review this product, but it was pretty cheap price wise, so if it didn't work to my liking it wasn't a big deal. I put the battery that came with it in and the light didn't come on, but it happens... batteries are very unpredictable even if you bought them at the store. When I put in different batteries the lights came on and everything was good. It's actually pretty well made, light weight, and well worth it's price.

I use this to paint mini figures. the 3.5 lens is excellent for this and the focal length is good. The headset weighs nearly nothing. The LED lights supply Enough light for me to see The details on a very small figure. It fits well and is easily adjustable. Sometimes I use it with my glasses so I can just move the nose piece up to allow my glasses to fit in. The lens angle is adjustable the light angle is adjustable And if you really need it you can attach the strap So you don't have to have the ear pieces. I find a don't need the strap the amount of weight That this puts on the bridge of my nose is like nothing. I wear it for 3 to 4 hours at a time and it has worked great for me.

I've been using this for a few weeks now without any issues. It's very lightweight. The lenses are plastic which helps keep the weight down. They come in a decent case to keep them in and protected. I can't complain about the quality either. Everything is clear. I have a large head. They fit well and don't slide around on my head. The built-in LED is decent. It helps illuminate what I'm focused on. I'm not sure how well the switch for it will hold up over the long haul though. It's a bit flimsy in my opinion. All in all, I'd purchase these again.

For the price I was expecting a bargain basement item that looked great in the pictures but would have a cheap feel to it and not work very well. Since I don't use a magnifying visor all that often I was willing to take a chance rather than paying the big bucks for some other brands. But on the contrary, this visor has a feel of quality, fits comfortably with both the over the ear arms as well as with the headband. It has good lenses with a nice choice of magnification levels and really works well for fine work such as electronics soldering and art projects. The lenses come in a nice hard plastic box that is designed to keep them from touching and damaging each other too. The light is just right in brightness as well as being dispersed evenly across the viewing field. This makes fine work on small things a pleasure.

This has been incredibly helpful in painting overall, I actually wear them from the time I pick up a brush to the time I call it quits in the evening. There are several different magnification strengths which makes finding the right one for a given situation very easy. The built in light is okay, a little too cool/blue for me, but I have several existing lights for my painting setup already so it doesn't get used much anyway. Also, compared to my desk lamps the head lamp is not very bright, but it is a battery powered LED. While I don't think the light itself is especially noteworthy, the product itself is awesome and thus fully deserves 5 stars.
