You want to find that happy medium. Too many seeds will impede growth in spots where there are too many seeds. If the mixture is too runny, most of the seeds will slide off when applying. We've grown Sophia through 3 cycles now and we've got it down. The 1st time we did too many seeds and had a few problem areas. But now that we know, it's smooth sailing and she's looking good!
