How To Use:

First take a battery and install it (+ pole facing up).
Connect the massage belt, and then tie the massage belt to the desired part.
Press ON/HI once and the indicator will light up, then press the MODE button to select the desired
working mode. Press ON/HI again to adjust the intensity (please note: every time you press this button, the intensity will increase more, the intensity needs to be increased slowly, otherwise it will be uncomfortable). Press the OFF/DEC button when you need to turn off or weaken the velocity.
It is advisable to use one part for about 10 minutes a day. The machine has an automatic stop function, so there is no need to worry about the machine working for a long time without restriction.
Please remove the battery when not in use

I wear it while walking on the treadmill or around the house and its very comfortable, when I take it off, it is wet with sweat on the inside of it (gross huh?) but I assume that means it's doing its job and burning fat. You can't see that you are wearing it under clothes unless you have something snug on, I would suggest wearing a tank top or something similar under this just to prevent a reaction to sensitive skin. It's adjustable closure is a plus and it fits large waistlines.
