Obviously it's not going to hold your baby sitting up right of they don't even know how too it's a soft seat not hard like other products sold. I didn't buy mine off Amazon but it's the same exact product and I absolutely love mine. My daughter will be 9 months and she still fits in it and uses it daily. I don't suggest buying if your trying to use it to help your baby learn how to sit because they will fall forward or backward.

She can support her head on her own but, this put her at a strange angle that made her head fall back a bit. Again, this is probably due to her size. Overall, this is a nice product!

I left the first snaps open most of the time. The large padding in the back prevents him from falling backwards and hitting his head. it's very well designed. Also, covering comes off and can be washed. Washed once and no smell from the fabric afterwards.

It's so soft and the buttons on the bottom are great. It allows you to take her out more easily. Its bulky but I'd rather it be bulky than uncomfortable. She's still kind of small for it at 13 pounds so we put a little neck pillow around her waist. This is not like the bumbo seat. Her legs aren't being forced into a position she can move them as much as she wants.
