In order to wear it, you must wear it to the top of your head and nape or you must have someone to help you. The only way to improve it is if I don't need it at all!

This anti-snoring solution basically keeps my mouth shut while I sleep! My soft palate doesn't sag and I don't snore. My sleep has improved a lot. I sleep more deeply and wake up less at night. I am 46 years old, have no health problems and I sleep on my back (even when I try to sleep on my side, I always lie on my back). Over the past few years I have gone from occasional snoring to chronic snoring/snoring.. It feels a bit weird when you first try to sleep with this device on your head but I did so. get used to it within a week. Also, it takes a few nights to adjust to comfort and efficiency - not too loose, not too tight.
