   Really loving this nail drill! It’s perfect for my needs doing my nails at home! Clear instructions included. I’ve only used it a little bit so far… so I’m hoping it will hold up well over time and to more use. I’ll update once I’ve had more experience with it. Definitely no joke the speed and power of this machine when turned up to high speed especially!! Might recommend a mask while using so you don’t breath in acrylic shavings, and be careful to have your hair or any other nearby loose, dangling items secure to prevent a risk of anything getting caught on the rotating head! I accidentally swiped the edge of the cord with one of the sandpaper heads while it was going pretty fast, and it tore the sandpaper piece loose! Made me do a double thought about what it might have done had that cord been a section of my hair instead!! Yikes! Lol So just be careful! The handheld pen portion does start to get a bit warm after awhile of running the machine I noticed, but I don’t believe that’s abnormal. I really like all the variety of bits it comes with as well and how simple they are to swap in and out of the drill! Great product!!

I can adjust the speed down so that I can work on cuticle areas with a cuticle bit and go up as high as I want with the quality bits that came with the drill. I love the digital display. The turn lock to install bits is a little difficult for me to use but it could be that I have weak hands and long nails. This drill is comparable to higher priced drills but at a lower price point. I'm really pleased with this purchase.

   The product itself has been amazing, I’ve been using for a year and then it suddenly stopped working and made an A2 error, so I looked at the reviews with this same error and contacted customer service warranty department, they shipped me a new hand piece and it worked fine, for a few months, but A2 error again, Kelly at customer service is shipping another one and should arrive within a few days! I’m very happy with this efile and the customer service has been so great that I’m happy to keep my efile and wait on another hand piece.

   In quarantine and took matters into my own hands and my first try is awesomeness. I’ve been doing my nails at a salon for 20 years. I am never going back. I suggest watching a few YouTube videos for techniques on holding the machine, bracing and strokes. My hand painting techniques need some serious improvements but for an absolutely beginner I’m absolutely sure I can only get better!!! This is very easy to use. I’m so happy it’ll pay for itself after just a few more uses.
