It appears to be very accurate. I get the same reading. I knew I had problems getting to sleep at night. This watch showed I got 4:15 of sleep. I got this watch because I am trying a new supplement. It has a warning about blood pressure. So far my blood pressure has been around 119/68. The best part is it is easy and painless. The regular blood pressure machine feels like it will crush your arm. This watch solves that problem. It even displays the current weather. I have compared this with WeatherBug several times during the day. It does show the actual current weather.

   3 fit bits past their warranty, I found this. With the pandemic and having to check my temp every morning before work I liked what this product offered. It registers a little lower than the BP cuff at work however I mentally compensate the difference after comparing readings for a week. The sleep tracker is a bit disappointing as there are many nights it doesn't catch a reading, perhaps because I'm a side sleeper.. That's not a game changer for me. Battery life is aggravating as I have to charge at least daily. Over all it meets my needs and I have encouraged others I know to purchase.

I wish the information was bigger and there were more options regarding screen saving - it needs to be longer. Also, it does not let you know when it is charging correctly.
