What you really want is something like this, which is sharp enough to dig around a bit, and rigid enough not to flex. I have successfully used them for removing tiny sharp objects (vegetable matter and metal) from my skin twice already, and I highly recommend that you add these metal tweezers to your kit BEFORE you need them.
