First, my wife kicked me out of our bedroom, then my teenage son complained every day that it affected his quality of life. It was getting terrible! I've tried nose wraps and so on.    I have been using these for 15 years to cure snoring and sleep apnea. One time I forgot to pack it when we were out of town. I had 3 sleepless nights, the worst, because I really couldn't sleep more than 20-30 seconds without it, and woke up gasping. We went to different stores and pharmacies trying to find anything that would get me through the trip because I was completely desperate. None of them work. It became the first thing I packed, because now I literally panic just thinking about not having it.

I will say this because I was bitten too lightly, my teeth are still a bit sensitive in the morning because my upper teeth are holding the lower teeth and Jaws are facing forward all night, the sensitivity will go away in a few minutes after I remove the device.

This mouthpiece is a fabulous alternative. It's only a little uncomfortable the first couple of nights, but then, you won't even notice it's there. And it works! Snoring has completely stopped! Just don't wait 14 months to replace it or it will be gross! haha

   This device is not without issue, as there is some getting used to it. When fitting it to your mouth, make sure it is soft enough when you bite down. Your teeth should sink down into it. I was not able to wear it for a full night for about a week. One side of my mouth would ache, but that doesn't happen now. Expect to drool at first. The first ten minutes or so that I have it in, I will salivate a lot. After that, though, I have no problem at all. Finally, it takes a few minutes for my mouth to go back to normal in the morning after I remove it.

It's really easy to cast this device. it is designed to fit snugly over your teeth, so when you first shape this device, it is important that you keep your teeth still so that the device cannot fall out of your mouth while you sleep. But now that he's used to it, it's an absolute miracle!    So, I am writing the review as the spouse of a heavy snorer. My husband has tried breathe right strips, sleeping on a wedge pillow, nasal sprays, allergy pills, and even had surgery to correct a deviated septum. I have tried headphones, white noise, and falling asleep first to try to not hear his snoring. Nothing has worked - we were at the point of having to sleep in separate rooms, which neither of us wanted. We decided to give a try. and this product very helpful
