   I really liked the concept and functionality of these bottles. I have no idea if the theory is valid but it sounded reasonable to me and I bought one. At some point, I stopped using it and realized quite a bit of time had passed and the battery had died. I reached out to find out if there was a way to get a new battery. The owner sent out a replacement generator. Oddly enough, it didn't fit my bottle (since they must have made some changes over that time). He sent me out a completely new unit to replace my old one. That's customer service. Greatly appreciated.

I have used it every day, many times a day, for over 2 and half years and it has worked flawlessly without any problems or issues whatsoever the whole time. It's very well constructed, has never leaked, never cracked (Even though I'm clumsy and often tipped it over or dropped it!), never had a problem with charging and is super easy to clean and maintain. The seller is incredibly responsive and professional (I had a question or two over the years about how to best clean it) and always got back to me literally within minutes of my question. This bottle outlasted and outperformed another, similar item I had purchased here around the same time (It broke and it was too difficult to get a resolution from the seller so I just tossed it). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Recharging is also easy, it comes with its own USB charger. I used tap water and it improved the flavor so much. This is important to me because I drink a gallon of water a day!
