I did line it with parchment paper before putting the dough on it so it wouldn't stick. Best investment ever! Now on to making more hand pies!

   Not a bad little product. I bought these to make empanadas and they worked great. I used the Goya disc for this and used the largest (red) one to make them. I followed the instructions and put a little flower around the edge/teeth. I put the disc on and put water around the edge of the disc to help them seal. Added meat to the center and it worked perfect every time. The dough did not stick to the press and the dough crimped perfectly. Very easy to use. I can't wait to make other things like turnovers and such.
