The areas aren't smaller, but I'm on the thinner side and very active so I wasn't looking to lose weight, just something to help me get rid and this has worked. I've used for 10 mins (5 on each thigh) while watching TV and when I have time I use for 5 mins on my stomach. I just ordered more of the gel, but the one that came in the box lasted a good amount of time

Pain is a strong motivator! I have a larger handheld massager and mostly forget I have it. I bought this one because I was looking for the head with bumps on it (they say for scalp) because that's what my masseurs use to break up the stuck fascia. I use that head everywhere I have tightness that won't go away with a stretch or roller. I also trust this brand name from experience with people and dog hair trimmers. They work and last.

Makes for a nice day with friends. In addition, one of my cats seem to respond favourably to the comb attachment when used on the low setting.The flimsy round attachment is fantastic for a face/head massage and the round knobby one is great for the deep tissue in all those hard to reach places like around the hips/ lower back and between the shoulder blades. This is by far one of the best investments I ever made.

   This is a great massager, Serves its purpose well. So well, in fact, that I may order another one, This massager is not light, but I like weight, since my last massager had weight to it and lasted well over 20 years. I don't expect this one to last that long, considering how everything is made these days, but who knows? I've used this for one purpose only, release, and if I thought my last vibrator was good and so sorry to have to replace, I am now so very pleased that it needed replacing. And the price is so right. I mean, whether you're using it for release or for massaging, you can't make a mistake. This massager/vibrator has two speeds, and I found that the first speed is all that I needed. Wonderful. Really surprised at the quality, considering the price. Very well made. Nothing to complain about here. I think, and I may use it later to massage my sore neck, that it won't disappoint me in that area either. If it does, I'll let you know. No cons on this one, except for those who may want something lighter to handle. Otherwise, this is probably one of the best buys I've made in a very long time.
