   Very simple design. I've had no problems with the quality or it's use. I saw a review showing a crack in the product which was reported to be the result from their first time use. I'm not particularly careful with mine and I've had no problems. Final note, I find it effective. I like to use it first thing in the morning and again at night. I find the middle setting/slot to be enough to give a good stretch without getting crazy.

   I have horrible posture from sitting in front of a computer for years, and underdeveloped back muscles. It won't fix your weak ass back muscles, but holy crap my back feels 20 years younger after using this for a couple weeks. At first it was difficult to get a good range of motion, but after a few days I can lay completely flat on it. Feels great! Never thought stretching my back like this would have this much of an effect on how I feel. Now I just need to stop being lazy and work on my back muscles.

   Definitely think it's worth having. It doesn't always necessarily crack your back, although my back has cracked deeper than it ever has using it- It's really great for stretching out your back. I definitely feel much better in the spine having it rather than not. So if your back is consistently bothering you, to the point that you have found yourself searching for some sort of relief, add this to your inventory for sure.

   Got this and it was kinda tricky to set up because you have to bend the plastic and it's hard but it feels great. Idk if it's because I'm constantly cracking my back but it didn't crack it much, however, it feels amazing to lay on and stretch. Really opens up your lungs I feel. It is also hard plastic so it's not the most comfy thing if you're on a hard surface but it's manageable. It's great on the bed but if I do it on the floor then I do add something for a little cushion.

It took me 3 days to work up stretching the entire five minutes. Day 7 and I'm up to 3 minutes on level 2, My pain level has dropped from a chronic 6/7 to less than 1. It is not the easiest to put together as a person who doesn't have much strength but I got my partner to set it up for me but I can see how a person with weaker muscles than I would struggle to do it but I can also understand why it's so difficult to set

   I stretch twice a day for 5 minutes on the middle section and it provides a good stretch - you know it because you feel a little weak upon rolling off as if you've just done some strenuous weight training. I'm using it on the lowest setting to provide support in my chair which is part of the driver for my back pain. It makes sitting for extended periods much less painful, a benefit I wasn't expecting. Only a week in, but definitely can tell some improvement. Recommend as an economical way to get a good stretch!

   I have had this Self-Heating Magnetic Therapy Back Waist Support Belt for 2 days now and used it for only 5 minutes here or there. Pain I have had for years has gone away and I'm able to stretch easier and looser than I have in a long while. I went kayaking yesterday for five miles and noticed better posture naturally and without pain there and while driving. I have slept better in bed with less hip pain. I know it is still early, but I'm pretty convinced this thing works, especially since I have significantly improved range of motion and looseness. I'll update in a few months so see if it still works as good.

   As far as using it, it feels like it's not doing much when you're on it, depending up how high you have the arch. At most extreme, it feels like an intense stretch. Start slow with the bent knee stretch as shown and you can work your way up to the more intense stretches. Be careful getting off and do so as per the diagram so you don't strain yourself and undo the work of laying on the arch. After my first time using it, I felt instant relief when I got up and have not had the crazy pain from before come back since. I'm going to keep using it, even though I don't even feel like I need to that often. Especially for the price, I highly recommend this thing. It has done with orthos, chiros and medicine could not!
