It fits well but she won't keep it on for long and I didn't feel comfortable tying the tie around her neck so I tied it on top, out of the way. It's just enough protection IF baby will keep it on.

It can get adjusted with the Velcro and tight it around the head with the strap. I dont use the strap because the Velcro is enough. Love it!
