   Wow! Better than I could have ever imagined! I have a at home studio but we are in the process of building a new home and building a new studio so I temporarily have to have a mobile salon in the duplex I live in. Of course there’s no water hook up so I bought this to use at my kitchen sink and holy moly to my clients love it! They actually think it’s more comfortable by then my actual professional sink back at the old studio :-) I personally would recommend this it’s great on their neck and no water leakage!

Just be sure item is tucked securely against the neck or there will be leakage - rookie mistake so I had some water on the mattress. OVerall, a great purchase that I would recommend to any caregiver.

   Smart design! The channels move the water away from the head and into the sink. Soft and comfortable around the neck of the person being washed and also for the person washing -- no hard edges to bang your knuckles on while washing their hair. I do wish they made a version that was all foam instead of inflatable. Some may find it nice to be able to deflate for storage, but I'd rather have something that was ready to use without having to inflate and can just be thrown in the closet when done. Still, this is the best option I've found so far and I'm glad I got it.

   Purchased this to use on my sister who just got out of the hospital after 3 1/2 months and is to weak too stand and wash hair. This worked great. She was able to sit on a shower stool next to tub and I was able to use the handheld shower to wash her hair with the water flowing into the tub. Some water did go down her back and wet clothing even with a towel around neck, but not a lot. Definitely recommend.

It keeps water out of her eyes and keeps water from running down her back, she sits in her step stool and we use the bathtub She just leans back, and it converts the edge of the bathtub into a salon bin.    I’ve tried a few different options for portable hair washing and this really is the best. On bad days I can flat or in a ZG position in my lift chair, attach the basin and easy washing for everyone. And I can also sit in my wheelchair at the sink so the hose can be used making it easier for the person washing. Otherwise, I bought a large Tupperware pitcher for water and a bucket for the basin to drain into. It reallt couldn’t be easier.

It adjusts to most every neck, adjusts to most every sink (even a smallish nursing home sink), & even works with most wheelchairs.    I used this product today. It worked really well. The water went straight into the bucket. It was fairly comfortable and my hair felt really clean afterwards. I was using no rinse shampoo caps but they made my scalp itchy. This allows my hair to be washed and rinsed completely. If you are washing the head of an elderly person have your water ready to wash and rinse. Having to wait for pitcher refills made my neck ache a bit.
