   I have chronic pain. With this pain I decided to try this brace. It helped relieve some of my pain because most of it happens to be postural. Wear it for 20 minutes at a time or until it gets in the way of feeling ok. Build up a “tolerance” like with contacts. I bet this can help people. I'm gonna try to work out with it

I had my MRI after wearing this product for about a month. Apparently, my bursitis is a side effect of something else. :( I usually wear it over my clothes due to highly sensitive skin. It's worth the money to at least try it for yourself. We are all different. You won't know if it'll help unless you try it!

   i had been having pain on the lower neck (probably from looking at a computer screen lower than me and phone) and used this to help with the posture and after a few days i did feel better and also seems to have an effect on posture while wearing it... yes, exercise and not looking down at a screen will help more but the strap did it's thing... the only problem/drawback is that it feels too thin for a man my size.
