It helps reduce the pain and can be worn on top of or underneath your clothes to fit you better and keeps your posture straight in line while helping ot reduce the amount of pain you get. It can be used while driving and jogging will improve your balance and it makes you appear taller and more confident in yourself and how you look and feel.    This is a great aid for me while sitting at my desk all day. The rigid back brace really promotes for me to engage my core and keep my shoulders back rather than hunched forward. At the end of the day I'm suffering from less headaches and neck pain.This is easy to put on by myself. There is a loop in the back that holds the shoulder cross straps in place. This can be a little difficult to do if you haven't looked through this prior to putting it on.I would definitely suggest sizing up if you are at all in doubt of what size you might wear. There's a lot of elasticity and the straps and waistband are customizable with full length hook and loop closures. However, if you're unable to to get one end to reach the other, none of that matters. I would also take into consideration as to whether you might be using this whips sitting or standing. While sitting, my waistline is a few inches wider than standing.I started wearing this for 20 mins at a time for a couple of times during the day. That way I was able to build up a tolerance.

   Always enjoyed white bass fishing at a local river. As I got older, my back would only allow me to stand in one spot for an hour or two. Purchased this back brace and went out fishing. Fished for several hours with minimal back pain (not completely gone , but more than tolerable). I have what the doctor called a "severely degenerated spine" and can now do the things I always enjoyed. Product worked for me.

   I wanted to improve my posture so i brought this. It is bulky so i would no recommend it to wear underclothes. I had it for two weeks now. I been wearing it more each day. I did notice an improvement in my posture when not wearing. It is annoying and uncomfortable to wear because i had a very bad posture and with this correcting it, it feels ver unnatural. I want to have good posture so i will keep wearing it.
