To my amazement it worked! my blood pressure dropped about 15 points. I know they tell you not to do this but I cut my blood pressure medication by half - its still holding within a normal range. As time goes by I am going to try and discontinue the medication entirely. Do keep in mind that you probably need to do it every day.
