The picture’s quality isn’t that good though. But it’s fine for a kids. I was kinda skeptical that this watch could compare to an Apple watch, but I was pretty impressed with its features. I was also only cautiously optimistic that this device was able to do all that it proposed especially after reading some reviews. I honestly didnt know the difference between 3G, 4G, or 5G. I decided to give it a shot, so I purchased the recommended sim cards (a gps one and "regular" one). I dont know if it was me or the device, but I couldn't get the features to work on the watch. The watch and the sim cards I purchased seemed incompatible. So, I re-read the reviews posted on Amazon and search YouTube. Thereafter I decided that the negative reviews were accurate, so I contacted the seller via email to request a refund.

I know where my child is at all times using location services. I can video call to see his surroundings. I can also phone call to tell him to return home rather than having to physically go get him. Also, it’s convenient for him to call me to ask permission of his request and receive an instant response. The only suggested improvement would be to the app that has advertisements before you could even log on. You would need to pay an additional monthly fee along with the monthly phone subscription to have the ads removed. I pay $5/month for the phone subscription and never use all of the minutes. This could be because my child also has a phone, and he mostly uses the phone watch while outside the home. The phone watch is a great investment for the cost.

Just received the watch together with the $5 speedtalk sim card. The installation was seamless. Every function works as described and expected. Very easy to set up. I bought this for my 11 year old son who occasionally goes ski out of my sight. Waterproof is a must But i haven't tested it yet. Another thing this product is superior than other similar ones in the market- it doesn't have builtin games except some maths games. Simple and neat functionalities just as I need. I seen so many horrible reviews and was honestly scared I would have to return the watch! I was wrong!!! I got this watch for my 3 year old and it wasn’t the easiest to set up but we figured it out. I purchased a SIM card from speedtalk via Amazon. Activated it online. Inserted it into the watch and set the APN in the settings and connected it to our WiFi from the app. I set up my info in the app. And we are now able to use all the watch features our favorite is the video calling and tracking. The watch will be able to withstand my active little one. This was a great purchase!!! I wish we could add photos to the contacts like the video calls since she is so little she can’t quite read yet and the pictures are a great help.
