These were a godsend! I was away on vacation and had slammed the ball of my foot in the bunion area. It caused my big toe joint to swell and the big toe to push sideways onto my next toe causing extreme pain and muscle spasms. It was terrible! I ordered this kit and it came straight to the resort the next day! I was able to comfortably use the silicone spacer, which gently held my big toe straight and ultimately alleviated the pain. I would highly recommend this kit if you are in need. I relied on it so much that once I was better, I was nervous to not wear the silicone spacer anymore, with fear the pain could return. All is well now and I keep the kit on hand just Incase- Great buy!

I started having terrible bunion pain on my right foot making it hard to even walk barefoot, let alone wear shoes. I ordered this kit along with another type from a different seller. These work perfect and are nice quality. I returned the kit from other seller. There are many options depending on if you are wearing shoes or just need the spacer. I wear the sleeve with my workout shoes to the gym (really helps cushion bunion) and I wear the spacer during the day and I've also worn it during sleep. My pain has gone away since wearing these less than a week and it seems to be pushing my big toe away from the second toe even after I remove spacer. If you are experiencing pain I would recommend trying these! This is a great kit with many options (haven't used toe exerciser yet) and at a great price.

I have a bunion on the side of my toe and bone spurs on the top of the big toe joint (I had my foot x-rayed). I have found that for the price you pay it is completely worth it. It comes with instructions on how to use each. I typically use the toe separator with guard. While at the foot doctor, he recommended this to ease pain and will fit perfectly in your shoe. It also stops the rubbing. I would recommend it! Although they all feel weird to begin with, after the first few times it becomes very comfortable. I wouldn't say this is a permanent fix, but it helps.
