   Many companies make knives that are more asthetically pleasing than useful in actual practice making them great gifts....for someone else. This is not one of those knives. It's amazing in the hand too. I passed it around in a commercial kitchen and everyone was surprised that it was such a workhorse for such a pretty knife.

But I can easily feel that it’s not as sharp as before. This is the first handcraft knife I have, so I don’t know if it is supposed to sharpen it every month.
