Answer: Yes, we support both iOS and Android. Our app is available for on both platforms.

2. Is it easy to clean after being used?
Answer: Yes, the device is waterproof, making it easy to clean. The reusable ear tips can also be removed to make the cleaning process easier. Please note: After cleaning you must ensure the ear tips are firmly secured to the Bebird in order to prevent them coming whilst during use.

3. Does it hurt?
Answer: No, not at all! In fact, it’s actually safer than it’s alternative (cotton buds) as it gives you full visibility, preventing any accidental poking. Please note: We do not recommend going further than 1cm into the ear.

4. What camera is used?
Answer: Our ear cleaner uses a High Definition (HD 1080p) camera.

5. Can I return my Bebird if I don’t like it?
Answer: Yes! If you don’t like your Bebird after 14 days of receiving it then you are than welcome to return it. If you wish to return your Bebird then please send an email to our support team so we can help you with the return instructions: support@hexocare.com
