Slap it on in the car 10 , 20 , 30 mins with this baby and bam results ive been using it for probably a week and my arms are more solid and more defined then thay have been in the past 4 years and the abs oh yeah almost back to a six pack I had a 2 when I started and know I'm like a 4ish I definitely have 4 and the is is the bottom 2 they are visible but not six pack worthy. Sticky pad are great for about a week buy some more so you don't stop using the machine.

I put it on, turned it on and to level 2, the tingling feels almost exactly like a PS4 controller vibrating on your belly. It doesn't hurt. As I had it on I read through the instructions and I kept getting used to the number I was on so I kept turning it up. I workout fairly often and I have a pretty strong core from doing core de force workouts over the past few years. When I got it up to level 7 it seemed too intense so I brought it back down to 6 and left it there til it auto timed out. (Which I now realize was 20 minutes).
