   I travel a lot for work, and I'm tossing my bag around a lot. But unlike previous Swiss Gear bags, this has absolutely stood the test of time. Every. Single. Thing. Still. Works. There are no rips or tears. Every zipper works and is still on track. All the pockets are good. Even the main gripe of this backpack, no bottom padding, has never been an issue. There's enough that setting it down on concrete floors, tables, and wherever else has never been an issue.

Initially, my wife told me that I didn't need the "Ninja Tactical Pack of the Day", but I disagreed and bought the pack anyway.    So far I like it! I was worried that the water bottle bag would be too small, but my 32 oz fits just fine. Lots of pockets and bags. Love the color because I still wear the Air Force uniform even though I have retired from teaching JROTC. As long as the zipper holds up, I'll be glad I bought it.

   Bought this to replace a jansport that I'm taking to work (cycling) and for a price you really can't beat. Some stitching makes me suspicious but if something goes wrong I'll update this review but it's 4 stars for now, while I like most things about the backpack, the plastic buckle is the point weak, I will be the first point things fail, especially the chest strap but again, until it succeeds. 5 stars.

Don't overdo it, balance the internals properly, hang furniture at a low point if possible, and be a little lighter than the premium package. Don't expect a 10 year lifespan. Shoot for six months of heavy use and then be pleasantly surprised if it lasts longer.
