   I have been trying to lose weight in my middle section for the last 5 years since I gained 50 pounds when my thyroid shut down. I am now finally loosing the weight and this belt has made such a huge difference. My stomach is not only almost all gone but it is also looking toned again. I do put cellulite heat cream on first than put the belt over that. Sometimes I work out with the belt on and sometimes I just wear it when I'm getting ready for work and cleaning house. I can tell such a difference and so can my husband. Love this!!!!

   This thermo body trimmer does work. I used it with the 3d thermal gel. It faded alot of my stretch marks. I can tell you all that if you have stretch marks or cellulite it will not disappear but make it less visible depending on the severity. I have severe stretch marks and alot faded still there but not as ugly. I also lost inches off my waist. However, I used the waist trimmer all day while I was at work. It feels like I'm burning a lot more fat than I would if I didn't use it. Not only do I wear it when I workout, but also around the house when I clean. Completely soaked in sweat by the time I leave the gym. It's the perfect addition to the supplements that I take every day and makes my results that more noticeable. When it starts to smell (believe you me, you'll know) I just grab some detergent and hand wash in cold water. Lay flat to dry and you are good to go. I recommend washing at least once a week.

I know that some people say that doesn't mean you lose weight but it seems to work for us. My husband has noticed his stomach feels tighter since using this. Can I say this is from the belt or simply from regular workouts? No, but we will take whatever help we can get! lol It is pretty comfortable to wear with a stretchy fabric. It easily fits our waist with tons of room to spare. My husband wears a 33 waist pant and I am a size 10.
